Resinwerks was brought in to deliver a high-end, contemporary, clear floor finish — one that would elevate the space visually while providing the durability and easy maintenance required for an active automotive environment.
The Goal: Preserve the Concrete, Elevate the Space
Archive wanted a floor that felt clean, modern, and intentional — without covering up the natural character of the concrete.
The objective was a refined, seamless finish that complements a premium club atmosphere while standing up to day-to-day use.
The System: Clear Build With Long-Term Protection
Resinwerks installed an SR-120 Clear Sealer system. This multi-layer clear coating system is designed for both aesthetics and performance:
Rapid H2O EP (Clear Primer): A clear primer coat to promote adhesion and create a consistent base for the system.
LevelGuard EP Clear (100% Solids Epoxy): Adds build and clarity for a polished, contemporary appearance while delivering the strength and durability of a true resinous floor. LevelGuard also helps to provide a smoother, more refined finish.
HDC 100 Topcoat: A protective topcoat that seals the system for improved wear resistance and simplified cleaning and maintenance. The client selected the satin finish to help reduce glare from lighting.
