R200 MMA Bonding Agent is a specialized additive developed for exclusive use with Resinwerks R100 MMA Primer. When incorporated on-site, it plays a critical role in enhancing the primer’s adhesion characteristics, ensuring a stronger bond between the substrate and subsequent MMA flooring layers.
Because of its high reactivity, R200 must be introduced to the primer immediately prior to the addition of MMA BPO Catalyst powder hardener. Once added, the pot life of the mixed material is significantly reduced, making precise jobsite preparation and timing essential. R200 should never be pre-blended or stored with the primer. Proper use guarantees optimal adhesion and long-term durability of Resinwerks MMA flooring systems.
