A 100% reactive methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin designed as the finishing layer in Resinwerks MMA flooring systems. With its low-viscosity, fast-curing formulation, R400 achieves a full cure in about 60 minutes under standard conditions, allowing for rapid project turnaround.
Once cured, R400 forms adense, UV-stable film that delivers outstanding resistance to chemicals, abrasion, and environmental exposure. This makes it ideal for high-performance environments where long-term durability and aesthetics are critical. R400 is most often specified as a clear topcoat over MMA self-leveling, solid color, or decorative broadcast systems.
Use over R300 MMA Intermediate Coat, MMA broadcast flake & Quartz systems or in conjunction with Resinwerks BioCem™ Hybrid Urethane Cement applications.

R400 MMA Topcoat at a coverage rate of approximately 80–120 sq. ft. per gallon when using a roller. Multiple coats are recommended.
