RW 300 Intermediate Coat is a 100% reactive, methyl methacrylate (MMA)-based acrylic resin engineered to serve as the body coat in Resinwerks MMA flooring systems. With its medium viscosity and rapid cure profile, RW 300 is typically ready for overcoating within just one hour, making it an ideal choice for projects requiring both speed and performance.
This high-strength resin delivers outstanding durability and mechanical resistance, supporting system thicknesses ranging from 1/16” to 1/4”, depending on application method and project requirements. Primarily used in self-leveling MMA flooring systems, RW 300 can also be applied in roll-on configurations. For added functionality and design versatility, it may be broadcast with colored quartz or decorative flakes, enhancing both the texture and aesthetic appeal of the finished floor.
