Surface Preparation & Profiling: The Garage Store shot blasted the entire surface to a CSP of 3-5 for proper profile and coating adhesion. Edges and columns were diamond ground to ensure precision and smooth transitions.
Concrete Repairs: Deteriorated areas were repaired using a combination of Resinwerks' urethane cement, steel trowel flat application, and fast-setting kinetic patch mortar. Key-in cuts were strategically placed to enhance structural integrity.
Coating Application: The parkade was divided into three sections for controlled application. The Garage Store applied Resinwerks' Bio-Cem MF at a rate of 42 square feet per kit, followed by broadcasting an F-style quartz aggregate for enhanced durability.
Final Coating & Line Marking: A final layer of urethane cement was applied with specialized finishes in different zones to accommodate parking requirements while ensuring optimal durability.
